Out of Ashes – A New Beginning.
Center Release - 5/23/2018
Little Rock, Ark - On Sunday, May 20, 2018, a devastating fire destroyed the office building in Little Rock, Arkansas, home to The Arkansas Pregnancy Resource Center (“APRC”). The APRC is a faith-based non-profit organization that provides expert pregnancy options counseling while empowering individuals and families to make life affirming choices. Despite the fire consuming all of the APRC’s ultrasound equipment, medical testing supplies, and donated goods for expectant mothers, the ministry leadership is committed to rise ‘out of the ashes’ and rebuild! The building may be gone, but the ministry lives on in the hearts of our staff, volunteers, donors and prayer warriors around the country. We are committed to the needs of our clients and want to begin providing our services to them once again…as soon as possible. We anticipate a bright future for this ministry and need your help for this ‘New Beginning’
Thus, today the APRC is announcing its “Out of Ashes” rebuilding campaign. The purpose of the campaign is to support the ministry in a temporary location, support the mobile ultrasound vehicle at locations throughout Central Arkansas, and raise the necessary revenue to cover the cost to rebuild a permanent location for the APRC.
